I haven’t yet had a customer ask for a return after purchasing one of my works! That being said, if you do want to return a print or painting back to me (still in perfect condition), I will be up for processing a refund or exchange within 30 days of you receiving the order. Return shipping costs is on you.
I won’t do refunds on any commissions or pre-orders, though. This includes anything that I design that is made on demand by someone else.
If an artwork arrives with visible damage due to negligent packaging on my part, send me photos with a description so I can do better in the future. I am also up for replacing, repairing or refunding the artwork depending on the situation.
