This order is for a detailed hand-drawn illustration using watercolour.
The finished size is made to fit an 8×10 frame with some white area surrounding, so the painted area is approximately 7×9 inches.
Please include several images of the house and surrounding area. Generally I prefer to illustrate from a straight-on reference image but I also can accommodate requests for another perspective. Let me know if you have strong preferences regarding orientation, including address, altering greenery etc.
